Intermittent Connectivity Issues
Resolved:
11:58 AM EST - We rebooted the problem server and restored it to the load balancer rotation. All systems are operating normally again.
Monitoring:
11:04 AM EST - We traced the problem to one of the servers in our load balancer. This server was unresponsive and led to intermittent connectivity problems with all of our systems.
11:14 AM EST - We dropped the problem server from the load balancer while we attempt to identify the issue. That should resolve the intermittent Runtime error, but we are monitoring the issue to be sure.
Identified:
At approximately 10:45 EST, we were notified that Admin Reports were reporting a Runtime error. We are currently investigating the problem.

Administrative Console Reports are unavailable
Resolved:
6:32 PM EST - Google's API service was restored and the reports are functioning again. We continue to investigate what occurred with the Google jsApi and are seeking ways to mitigate future occurrences.
Monitoring:
5:16 PM EST - We traced the issue to Google's jsApi, a tool that we use to render the reports and charts. We are seeking to determine when Google expects to have the issue resolved.
Identified:
At approximately 5:00 PM EST, we were notified that Admin Reports were not pulling at any data.
