What's New in Version 5.4.1.2

  • We've added more information to the Subscriber Details screens in the Admin Portal to improve the ways in which Customer Service Representatives can troubleshoot and resolve issues with new Starts.  CSRs can now see important data that would be required to, for example, manually re-created a new start within the circulation system.  Prior to this change, a customer would need to contact Syncronex to access this data.
