New Functionality Added in 5.2.9.10

We added support to NCS Digital Addresses for systems running NCS 2016.2 and later. When this feature is enabled, it is no longer necessary to ask a subscriber for their address when they purchase digital product.  SyncAccess will submit that "empty address" to NCS using the NCS Digital Address features. Top Issues Fixed in 5.2.9.10

  • Fixed a bug in the Administrative Console that was preventing a admin user in the "Subscriber Manager" role from being able to edit an existing subscriber record
  • Fixed a bug in the Administrative Console that was preventing a user from getting to the desired page after log on. The log on process was always forcing the user back to the subscriber list regardless of the original target URL.
  • Fixed a bug in the Administrative Console to provide a helpful error message if an admin user attempted to add a user via the User Maintenance page and that user already existed.
  • Updated the default look and feel of the Continue Reading page in the Default Workflow.
  • Fixed a bug where deleting a subscriber did not remove the subscriber's purchasing information from the Origin Tracking reports. This was leading to an inconsistency in the reporting numbers.
